Yes, my hubby is already overprotective of our daughter(s)(A and CS), especially the oldest. She went camping this weekend with her grandparents. They have a camper that is parked at a campground year round. This was the first **official** kids can come and stay weekend and they invited her. My daughter thinks she is sooo special while she's there. See, they have a sandbox and no one else does making her the most popular little kid in the whole campground, really. This weekend though, not a lot of kids were around. The exception being a little guy name Joey. He is 6 (A is 4)but they began playing together last summer and are pretty good little playmates. A is kind of tall for her age and Joey is kind of short for his, so they balance each other, plus A has this **small** gas issue and Joey thinks it's hilarious that she farts (it's the little things I tell ya!).
Well, A comes home from the visit and Chuck starts asking questions about what she did. She said "oh, I played in the sandbox with Joey Daddy". That was all it took. Here is the conversation:
Chuck- How old is this Joey?
A- he's 6
Chuck- If he's 6 why was he playing with you?
A-Cause he's my friend Daddy
Chuck-Okay, but he can only be a friend got it?
A- umm, okay Daddy, whatever
Yes, that was the actual conversation. Let me remind you that A is only 4!!!! He's acting like she's 16! If it's this bad now, watch out boys.....Daddy's asking questions.
